Vegetable Garden

A Farm in the early 1900s would have been self-sustaining, raising their own animals and growing their own vegetables.

Today, Muscoot Farm still grows vegetables in a garden located behind the blacksmith shop. Working in coordination with the local food bank, Muscoot Farm's vegetables are donated to provide for Westchester County residents.   Last year the Muscoot garden grew more than 2000 lbs. of vegetables including carrots, tomatoes, cucumbers, potatoes, lettuce, garlic, zucchini, and squash.
