What's one thing you would like everyone to know about your business? People who've never had the opportunity (because of dietary or financial restrictions) to experience fine cheeses before, now have that ability with our vegetarian, kosher, lactose-free, raw milk, pasture-raised, hormone-free varieties of cheese that taste great.

What do you sell? Fresh, hand-folded dumplings with a house blend sauce
What year did you first start selling at Muscoot Farm Farmers Market? This is our first year.
Why do you like selling at farmers markets? Farmers markets are where the magic happens. We get to serve fresh, handmade dumplings directly to the people who love them most, and to the newcomers who have never had a dumpling (yes, there are plenty of them!). It’s more than just selling food—it’s about connecting with our community, getting real feedback, and being part of something local and vibrant. Every market day fuels our passion (and our dumpling pans).
What's one thing you would like everyone to know about your business? We are a husband and wife team, Joc (from CT) and Kook (from Thailand). This was supposed to be a summer project in 2022 to keep Kook busy doing something he loved when he moved to the States, and here we are, not even 3 years later and our team is making 10-15K dumplings every week, all by hand. It's a real life American Dream.

What do you sell? Lavender, live, dried and bi-products of the lavender.
What year did you first start selling at Muscoot Farm Farmers Market? We have been a vendor at Muscoot for 13 years!
Why do you like selling at farmers markets? Farmer's markets are a means to sell my products and also meet my customers as farm visits are not permitted by the State. My farm is not conducive to being ADA compliant due to terrain and cost.
What's one thing you would like everyone to know about your business? My business is woman owned. Earth and nature friendly. Sustainable practices and natural resources used throughout farming and product production. 100% cotton and 100% silk used in pillow production. Mainly recycled or upcycled to keep out of landfills and to keep prices lower and affordable. All products made on the farm.

Why do you like selling at farmers markets? We like the direct contact with the customers and chance to explain the products.
What's one thing you would like everyone to know about your business? What I will like everyone to know about our products is that we make all our products from scratch. The quality, freshness, and taste speaks for itself. One taste and you will be hooked.

What do you sell? Fino Farms sells seasonal fruit including strawberries, cherries, raspberries, blackberries, blueberries, apricots, plums, peaches, nectarines, grapes, pears and apples. We grow many vegetables, herbs, and flowers on a seasonal rotation from April until December such as asparagus, lettuces and kales, beets, radishes, spinach, chard, summer squashes, tomatoes, cucumbers, corn, basil, mint, dill, parsley, garlic, beans, peas, onions, potatoes, carrots, peppers, broccolini, broccoli, cauliflower, cabbage, melons, pumpkins, winter squashes, & gourds.

Why do you like selling at farmers markets? All of us here at Fino Farms are passionate about growing fresh, high-quality produce, and there's no better way to share that with our community than by selling at local farmers markets. Our commitment to sustainable farming and fostering connections within the community drives us to be there every week. Some key reasons we enjoy selling at farmers markets include providing freshness you can taste, direct connections with our customers, building a stronger local food system, sustainability in action and a personal touch. In short, farmers markets are the heart of our farm’s direct-to-consumer model. It’s about more than just selling produce; it’s about providing fresh, high-quality food, receiving valuable customer feedback, and contributing to the strength of a local, sustainable food network. What's one thing you would like everyone to know about your business? Fino Farms is a multigenerational farm that was started in 1942 and is currently being operated by the 3rd and 4th generations of Fino's. Our product line has never been more diverse and our soil has never been healthier than it is right now and that is a testament to our family's 80 plus year commitment to sustainability and improvement.
